Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

aiden tetradore

The were-panther's emerald gaze remained steadfast upon the girl beside him as her eyes widened, taking in every facet of his metallic home. His head tilted to the side ever so slightly, watching for her reaction. A small simper crossed his masculine features at her compliment, clearly quite pleased that she didn't hate the place that he had made. It was this reassurance that prompted Tetradore to move forward, pulling her petite frame closer towards himself. He placed his hand upon the girl's hip, his striking eyes staring intently within those clear blue ones below him. Tetradore could feel the featherlight touch of her fingertips brushing against his arm and for a fleeting moment he couldn't help the concern that perhaps he overstepped his boundaries. The concern, however, vanishes the moment that the smallest of smiles touches her sweet heart lips, her physic drawing closer towards him and briefly he allowed his grip upon her waist to tighten ever so slightly as he stepped in time with music that echoed within his own head and not the boisterous beat that reverberated around them. It was an almost feeble attempt to make up for his failure to dance with the woman the night of the masquerade, the night when she had looked magnificent and had surely deserved to be the star of the extravaganza. Tonight - Tetradore was more then willing to ensure that she felt just so.

Carefully the man spun her in a circle, entirely ignoring the questioning looks of the crowd surrounding them. He ignored the roars of a punch well placed, the ding of the bell as another round somewhere behind them started. His gaze was destined only for her and gingerly he pulled the girl back into his arms. There was something about her when she danced that made her seem quite the enigma. There was a light shining within those crystalline eyes, completing the circles that he lead her through with a graceful ease that was fascinating to him. Even in death she still had some hold over him, one that made even the were-panther pause for a second glance. Abruptly, the song over head shifted, bringing about an end to their dance as Tetradore brought her back to a standstill in front of him. His eyebrows were furrowed as he eyed her in silence for a brief moment before inquiring in a whisper that he hadn't quite realized had passed his lips, "Why are you even here with me? How....?" He shook his head ever so slightly, blinking away the thought as if he'd been pulled from some deeper internal monologue.

"There's something I want to give you....again." He commented, his head nodding towards the discreet staircase in the far corner of the room. He had attempted before to offer her the delicate, pristine star shaped shell before but she had returned it to him in their rather fitful disagreement. He trailed away from her, keeping his fingertips in locked with hers as he led her toward the staircase, entirely ignoring the guards that moved just for him. It was silly, and he knew it, to be so determined to give her something of which there were surely thousands of upon the seashore and yet in that moment he hardly cared. It was hers. From him. And he wanted her to have it. He led her through the outcropping that gave him a bird-eyes view of the fighting below. Past the majestic throne he had inherited from the ship's previous owner and through the double doors that led to a hallway with wooden floors and soft lit chandeliers. It was at the very end of the corridor where two large wooden doors stood guard that was his own room. The nautical theme was quite prominent here from the wood absolutely everywhere to the almost authentic pirate themed decor, the real gold that decorated niches and alcoves and the four large windows that were nestled on the far wall. It was only here that he released the girl, instead moving with purpose towards the window to gingerly pick up the shell that rested innocently on the sill.
