Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The sheer innocence of the girl was almost palpable, her every action and reaction giving way to her almost girlish naivety and answering within itself perhaps how and why she had ended up within such a situation earlier today. She was hardly careless, yet she was trusting in the same manner a child trusts almost any adult to steer then right, she was intelligent- of that he is sure and yet she was one to be easily led astray. One easily taken advantage of in more ways then the man truly cared to think about. If she was to be in his care that it was hardly within his interests to allow any harm to come to her and yet by this same token, for her to learn to rely upon him was also...a pleasing side effect. After all- what better way to assure loyalty then to make another dependent upon the very being that desires to keep them? Not all his intentions are near so selfless as he would make them appear. For now however, to assure she was properly dressed was within the interests of them both- the man content to continue to rest within the chair as Claire finished her shopping, the saleswoman seeming to have found new delight in the girl, although whether she had merely been taken by the vixens nature else by the amount of money they were going to spend he hardly knew.

Her announcement that she was done saw those long limbs unfold from the casual position in which he had been reclined, the young man easily rolling onto his feet to stand once more before directing his question towards the petite blonde, her answer uncertain, gaze drawn away from his own in a submissive manner he was not wholly disapproving off. His head simply nodded in assertion, the woman evidently having some knowledge in this regard (although he is yet to meet a woman whose ability to use a credit card is not instinctive), one hand reaching into the back of his jeans to produce his wallet before wandering to the counter and the far too eager saleswoman whom seemed to lose much of her frivolity beneath the weight of his gaze as she moved to take the card and offer the receipt. It would be some time, he has decided, before he is willing to let Claire handle a card on her own.

"This way."

His head simply tilts to the side in a gesture that displays the direction he intends to take, heading for the door now, waiting for Claire to either come to his side or take hold of the hem of his shirt like a lost child once more, the man striding effortlessly back down the row of stores once more as the mall crowd bustled about- lithe frame shifting and turning to prevent himself bumping against any other as he did. Confined spaces never did delight him, the wave after wave of human patrons pressing against his patience with their vapid uselessness and yet for now at least he remains content to ignore them, pressing on to the rather large supermarket at the end of the mall, strolling easily inside with his little vixen in tow.

"Litill refur."

The accented words roll so smoothly from his lips, the language of his birth and blood spoken within the cool baritone of his voice, the man turning towards the girl once more, the words he has offered a clear nickname of sorts, he has seen fit to bestow her with- though he makes no move to translate them now, waiting for Claire's attention once more before gesturing loosely to the aisle upon aisle of food spread out before them.

"Your reaction within the kitchen leads me to believe you enjoy cooking, I also understand that unlike myself you are probably not a vegetarian, so choose what food you want to eat and I'll even let you make dinner tonight."

One hand reached loosely upward to brush at the thick forelock of white that forever seemed to obscure his gaze, offering a momentary view of the violet eyes beneath- meeting the girls own.

"Try to restrain yourself from actually tasting any of the food until we buy it Claire. Go on then."
