Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellingtonget close enough to have fun
but not enough to get attached

In truth, Sebastian scarcely considered the future with any of those whose beds he fell into - often enough simply because there was no future. It was a fact that he often assured. With Dorian, however...well, the fairy King was perhaps the first nearly a century whom the vampire had visited a second time - much less looked forward to it. He had not considered the myriad of reasons why it could not work. Rather, he simply knew that it could not and most certainly would not and so, rather then presenting himself with a slew of excuses on why such a relationship could never blossom into anything more or further feigned reasons on why he should want to visit the fairy once again, the Englishman simply accepted that he did indeed have such a desire. He focused solely upon what next time might hold, on when next time would be - hell, on hoping that there was a next time within the first place. It was peculiar really, to have the roles so reversed upon him that he might find himself waiting with baited breath for whatever justification Dorian might present him with for an additional encounter and thus, he oft accepted it without a complaint or counter offer. After all, he too knew well that the more overly difficult his conquests were, the less inclined he too was towards them. Oh yes, much of Sebastian's willingness was in fact designed entirely to meet his own self imposed goal. The simple desire for another night.

Still, the vampire made every possible attempt to provide his companion with words that might, in their own way, provide his own sort of assurance. The reassurance that his interests in the man was hardly for the position or gifts it might afford him. After all, wealth was rather insignificant to the immortal vampire and the only place in which he'd ever particularly been involved in the vampire community which might still take an interest in such a gift was Europe - a place they were hardly near in the first place. Those offered words were all Sebastian could perhaps provide, his own coat of arms certainly would have failed to produce the same meaning that this coin did. Still, he could only hope that perhaps Dorian understood his own efforts - as benign as they were. The warm simper upon the fae's features, however, helped to console his peculiarly arising concerns. It wasn't often, after all, that Sebastian was concerned that his intents with any relationship were entirely understood.

Thankfully, the sound of the rain thoroughly distracted the vampire from any other foolish and entirely uncharacteristic efforts he might have made, his own thoughts entirely chastising himself for perhaps not receiving such a meaningful gift with more grace. His fingertips slowly enclosed upon the coin, resting upon his still naked chest whilst his thoughts wandered in the silence they found themselves within - interrupted only by the steadiness of the rain itself. His own eyes had flickered towards that small gap within those heavy curtains, the vampire entirely unaware of the way in which Dorian's gaze still lingered upon him. It was only the sound of Dorian's voice that caused the bright blue of his irises to flutter back towards the fae, his body shifting ever so slightly to turn more towards the man next to him. This talk of the game the two played had a fashion of sorts of putting Sebastian back at ease and entirely back within his realm and without hesitation the vampire interrupted with his own softly spoken and entirely forward lyrics, "And there are still many places I wish to taste." He wanted to run his lips and teeth over every inch of Dorian's figure - though such a desire would take far many more next times.

Likewise too the notion of venturing beyond either of their bedrooms was entirely pleasing to the man. After all, Sebastian knew much of this particular city and the bars and dives that existed within each district though much beyond such adventures for his nightly feast were beyond him. Still, he had nearly two hundred years of experience within this world - experience that his lover surely lacked. It was hardly an unwise suggestion though Sebastian knew far better then to so much as suggest Dorian incapable of existing within this world, much less his concerns for the trouble the fairy king might find himself within simply because of his ignorance of how such things here operated. Much had changed indeed. "I would neither be opposed. Merely say the word and I will be there." Sebastian offered in response, his own small, softened simper crossing the vampire's features. That smile, however, grew into a chuckle at the touch of Dorian's fingertips along his thigh, his head shaking ever so slightly. "I have not forgotten. I fear I did not judge my taking well, if you could afford me more tonight do not think I would not hesitate, Dorian." There was perhaps a sly glint to his crystalline gaze, a suggestion that he might have, in other conditions, seen to it that their coupling tonight would not have been there only one. Alas - this indulging but slightly in a blood so delicious was far too much temptation for the vampire to withhold from. He was far too delicious. If only he knew.
