Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

I'm sure most of what she's saying is secrets for the pack but I don't mind being her secret keeper. She's quite cute when she rambles. One brow arches up as she continues, telling me that the queen lives with another fairy and that I can have two meals. I grin at the mere notion. I'd be so hungover if I were to consume two fairies in one night. I've heard of vampires who lost it and went on a fairy indulgence. They very near came near death themselves just because they were too drunk to function. I certainly don't want that so I'll have to discipline myself. Good thing I'm very good at discipline.

I like the compliments she's throwing at me too. Of course, I feel sexy when I'm with Isolt with just a sweep of her gaze but it's nice to be told too. Of course that could just be the alcohol talking. I shrug lightly. "Boats can be nice but I'd rather a cruise ship, something more luxurious. We'll have to line up a meeting with this fairy queen some night. I look forward to it." She goes on, apparently hooked on the whole idea of hunting down this particular fairy and scaring her senseless. She really wants this girl to suffer. While I have no doubt that I could achieve what she wants, I worry more that the queen will have backup and she's not really in a state to defend herself efficiently. A queen wouldn't go far without defense, I'm sure.

I make sure to keep my hold firm on her as she sways. I wouldn't want the Were to fall and hurt herself. I know she'll heal but still, I'd feel bad. "I'd be more than happy to acquiesce to that request. However, tonight I think we have a date elsewhere." I give her a playful wink, hoping to get her away from wanting to hunt down fairy queens tonight. While usually I would be more than open to such mischief, I don't want to have to worry about protecting a drunk Were while trying to defend myself.

I do manage to distract her with my teeth when I decide to give into her pleas and feed from her. The feeling is always a mixture of lust and satisfaction to bite into a warm human being, even if she's not truly human. I almost expected her blood to be vile and bitter like it has been from Were's in the past but to my pleasant surprise, her blood is anything but. It's actually quite sweet, though not as mind numbing as fairy blood, I would say it comes in a close second to most human blood. I've heard of certain species of Were tasting different, almost hypnotic, but I have yet to experience it in my almost 200 years, not until tonight. The feeling is refreshing but my mind remains clear. That's a good thing for her, since I still know when to back off.

She clings to me as if for survival and I don't mind at all. When I feel her body growing weak, I retract my fangs and lick my lips, pricking my own finger to wipe some of my blood on her wounds which instantly heal. That way she doesn't have to explain to her alpha or boyfriend tomorrow why she let a vampire bite her. Once that's taken care of, she wraps her arms around me and kisses me on the cheek. I smirk fondly at her and nod in response. "Much better." I growl right back at her. I chuckle as she mentions what we're going to do the rest of the night. I'm sure I can think of something. But first...

"That, you did, and I plan to hold you to that till dawn. Of course to have any kind of fun, I need you fit so here's a question for you. Have you ever tried vampire blood? I hear it's quite the drug for most Were's. Like a strength potion, it heals your weakness and any wounds while giving you a great boost of power. Wouldn't want you passing out on me or anything." I bring my wrist to my mouth and take a bite, holding it out to her as blood drips to the ground. I tilt my head a little and lean in to her ear. "Trust me." I whisper.
