Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Even Edie couldn't quite turn down the momentary joy that came from being told not to worry about the price tags on the outfit - though she rarely did when she wasn't spending her own money. She was well aware of what the outfits in this part of town might cost. The leather dress she chose would certainly show off her body, the tight material giving little breathing room. It was enticing. The idea of all those eyes on her skin made her heart race, and she easily took it out of his hands. She was hardly bothered by the existence of her jacket. "It's Frost's," She commented easily, giving a shrug as if to say it didn't matter. She had no doubt that her Alpha wouldn't be annoyed if it didn't make its way back home to him, and yet Edie hardly found that she was fearful of his wrath. She'd never not been able to talk him out of anger before. This time would be no different surely.

She lifted her gaze up to watch the vampire as his eyes scanned her frame, grinning as he examined her. "I like it when you call me that," She purred, stepping in to close the distance between him. Edie reached up to twirl her fingers within those dark locks of his, her hips closing the distance between hers and his. "I won't sleep with you," She murmured, continuing to play with his hair. "But that doesn't mean you can't have a little fun, no?" She smirked before she stepped away from him, thrusting the material back into his hands. "Hold this," She commanded, the authority of her Beta position coming out as she demanded things of him. She turned on her heels, leading him over to the shoes. She grinned as she pushed him gently down into one of the chairs, a hand running through his hair as she leaned down to purr within his ear. "Stay here and think about how pretty I'm going to look baby."

At that, she grinned, disappearing into the racks with the determination to make herself look as pretty as she could with his money. It was nearly thirty minutes later when she finally returned, moving to sit down on the arm of the chair - her long legs draped over his lap of course - as she opened up the jewelry box within his lap. It was a clear test for him, a test if he had really meant to not look at price tags. The circlet diamond necklace was absolutely stunning. The large diamonds were set in a gorgeous platinum, with two strands of diamonds draping down in the front. It would certainly catch the attention of anyone who saw it - Edie was practically drooling over it, after all - but the price of it was a sure test. She hardly expected the vampire man to spend over $100,000 on a piece of jewelry for the girl, and yet Edie was very true to testing the limits that were laid out for her. The saleswoman still hovered near by holding the shoes Edie had picked out, clearly not wanting their most expensive piece of jewelry too far out of her sight. "It'll look lovely on me, and you told me not to look at any price tags."
