South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

"It's not like I can shut it off or on, someone else stopped it, and I can't figure it out."

Her quick snap was followed with a low frustrated growl. Why in the world was he not reacting in a more productive manner. He was being a pain and absolutely difficult to even work with. Why her witch found any sort of companionship with him was beyond her. Though she was willing to put aside her dislike of the man and try to work with him to find her closest friend. It was imperative that they find her. Should anything terrible happen to her, the she-wolf doubted she would ever be able to forgive herself. There was no other witch or creature that was a familiar to one, that she could converse with, and see how her bond with Serafina could be blocked. Right now her mind was not in a stable state. Instincts were kicking in. Something that belonged to her, something that she considered hers was taken away from her. Leaving his home she obediently followed the Dark Hunter enjoying the fact that they were at least moving....and walking around. Coming up to her door it triggered more fear to her, causing her to get even more anxious. The comment about her door lock not being good was met with a gruff response.

"She never listens, doesn't matter if what you say is true or not."

In a way Raven did want to blame the majority of it all on Serafina. After all, how many times did she tell the woman to fix things? Serafina don't do this and Serafina don't do that. She was stubborn and it would seem her stubbornness was going to get her killed. Perhaps maybe this tragic moment would force Serafina to actually heed their words and maybe not do certain things. While the Dark Hunter did his own sweep of the room, she got to work, attempting to try and see if she could catch her scent, maybe she had missed something. Quietly she lowered her nose to the ground searching, searching for anything that she could possibly catch, but in the end she came up with nothing. With a soft sigh her tone was a bit calmer and yet there was a worried note in her tone.

"Sera did business with anyone that walked through her door, including the black market."

As they left the witch's home the she-wolf followed after him, keeping quiet and watching him carefully. Looking for any subtle sign that he knew what he was doing or at least knew where to go. The question of whether or not her mate had a phone caused the lupine to tilt her dial curiously. Why he would want to know such a thing she did not know. One ear twitched forward in interest when he brought the phone to her face. As she read what little information they had of him, some correct and some not correct, she was concerned about what else the Council had of them. What did he have of herself, her pack, her Alpha? What of Serafina? She could easily give him his phone number, but she would not do that, she would not aide him in knowing more information. Instead she began to shift and change, the lupine before him turned into the scarred woman, dressed in blue jeans and a baggy black hoodie. Pulling a phone out of her pocket she began to search and press the correct button for his phone, handing it to the Dark Hunter, her voice soft but firm...giving him fair warning on how to speak to her mate. It was important that he heed her words if he wanted to use her mate correctly.

"Let me call him and you can talk. He doesn't take kindly to anyone with an angry voice or shouting...so be civil if you want to get answers from him."
