South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Gingerly, Sterling's fingertips rested upon the knee of his newfound companion's designer jeans, entirely oblivious to just how pricey the name brand was or what such might hint to his befuddled friend. There was something altogether natural about this genteel gesture, perhaps a little too natural for a seemingly stranger and yet, Sterling hardly seemed aware of this at all. Instead, his strikingly blue gaze met the similar hued eyes of his companion, watching the glimpse of appreciation that crossed his masculine features and slowly the boy removed his hand, taking that momentary connection as a subtle indication that his point had been made. Still, he watched with a patient sort of stillness as the man proceeded to produce the contents of his pockets, items which were largely useless to their cause to identify anything about him. It was curious really, that anyone would leave their home without a wallet but he supposed perhaps when the man had set out from where ever he had come from, maybe he had intended to return quickly?

"Hm." He commented softly, "No, I suppose not." His lips pressed together in a small frown, entirely oblivious to the fashion at which the man had begun to study his facial features. He noticed the lack of any substantial bills just as much as the fellow himself had, though hadn't truly considered the concept of food unitl he heard the grumble of a stomach. A small grin crossed his masculine features as he glanced back up towards his companion, nodding ever so slightly. To be frank, two dollars was hardly going to get him anywhere - especially not in the city. Fortunately for him, Sterling happened to pride himself on being quiet the cook, fully intending to make an actual career out of it regardless of the memories he had lost. It was hardly within him to allow someone to feast on fast food - certain not within his care. The very least he was capable of providing his friend with a full stomach and a warm place to stay the night.

Warmly, his hand embrace the outstretched one, "Sterling." He returned, happy to introduce himself only to continue. "Come on, I know just the place." Sterling stood up from his earlier position only to gesture towards the South side that he had originally come from. His gait was lackadaisical at best, allowing the fellow plenty of time to fall in stride and take in the surroundings. He knew all too well how overwhelming the world could be when memories seemed to beyond your grasp. In fact, Sterling only paused when they had reached his flat just long enough to pluck keys from the back of his pocket and open the door. His own flat was relatively sparse, decorated with quaint, cheap furniture that could be bought at any ikea store. Frankly, he never cared much about the furnishings of a home, having chosen to be as absent as possible within his own. The kitchen was all that had ever mattered to him and it was that he spent every cent he earned on. "Have a seat, I'll get you a drink." He gestured towards the breakfast bar, rolling up his sleeves in the process.
