Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

It had been so long since their evenings had consisted of something like this. The last time Henry had made an effort to woo him had been the evening everything had gone awry. He hardly anticipated the way his boyfriend's arms wrapped around him, only for his lover's head to settle on his shoulders. His gaze turned inquisitively towards the man and yet, he could hardly stop the that tugging feeling that something was wrong. The fluttering sensation of Henry's lips against his skin prompted a small soft simper upon his features and yet...that worry still lingered. It was with a soft sigh that Sterling finally turned towards Henry, his voice soft and hesitant as he uttered his boyfriend's name. That inquiry was equally as careful on his lips, his bright blue eyes entirely steadfast upon his boyfriend as Henry slowly pulled away from him. It was such a small gesture and yet, it only served to further that very concern within his thoughts. Sterling watched as Henry trying to draw upon that very confidence, the man's voice lacking that usual cander it might have if everything truly was fine. That sudden inquiry that followed it up only further aroused his suspicion and yet....if Henry didn't wish to tell him, it was probably best not to pry.

His head shook ever so slightly in response to that inquiry. "No reason, you just...seemed different tonight. That's all." He responded, as if that truly explained everything that dwelled upon Sterling's mind. Henry's sudden explanation of his efforts tonight, however, brought a small, soft smile upon his features. It was...sweet, in a way, providing that he could overlook the 'everything'. Gingerly he leaned forward, letting his lips brush against Henry's own in a far more pointed kiss. "That sounds really nice." He finally voiced after pulling away, letting his bright blue eyes turn back towards crafting his dinner. "You better start your vegetables or my lamb will be done before it." Sterling teased in a wholly good natured fashion, entirely encouraging that night to return back to everything Henry had planned for them. A dinner with a movie date sounded...perfect, even if he wasn't quite yet sure about Henry's choice in the movie just yet.
