Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The violet eyes of the slender, snowy-haired man continued to rest upon the little vixen as she busied herself in the kitchen, gaze watching her from beneath that floppy forelock that forever seemed to shield his gaze. It had been years since he had had a woman cook for him- not since his own Mother had fussed about within the kitchen had the man woken to the scents of cooking, this momentary nostalgia brushed loosely away before his eyes returned to her rather...naked form, merely offering the woman his opinion on such a thing, hardly caring if she chose to wear nothing within the house- after all it was hardly an unappealing view, Claire in possession of a truly lovely body, one the man doubted very much had ever been enjoyed by a male. Once more he merely allowed such thoughts to trail away, lips quirking slightly upward at her mention of leaving clothing trailing through the forests in much the same way as she had left them trailed through his home.

"So did we."

It was a shared memory perhaps, the little vixen evidently having shared a childhood similar to his own, at least in some regards- the man doubting very much the girl had ever been subject to the influence of Hunter's so early on nor applied to the pressures of training for wars or battles he had never held any desire to partake within at so young an age. He returns his attention towards his desire to achieve his morning coffee, seeking that rush of caffeine that only such a drink was truly able to bring, adding perhaps one too many cubes of sugar to the drink and yet some facets of his equine personality remain far more intact then even he is willing to admit, stirring it loosely as Claire asked if such conversation truly were necessary, a soft chuckle of sorts rolling within the back of his throat.

"If you would rather me not tell you then that is fine, you merely have to say so but it is my job to ensure your safety and running about naked may give some men the wrong idea and you getting hurt is.....displeasing to me. Have you been out with many boys Claire?"

He doubted truly, that she understood anything of why men might find a young naked girl far more attractive then she realised or truly understood. If she had spent the better part of her life sheltered by her Father- whom truly seemed a little too controlling for Frosts liking, he was given to believe her experience with boys might well be....limited, the girl a truly naïve little thing and yet perhaps it was this same innocence that afforded the equine a certain level of protectiveness over the girl, a desire to at least watch over her lest she get herself into any further trouble. The lilting laughter that falls from her lips at his question sees one eye lift upward, lifting the coffee to his own lips, hands chilling the liquid just enough to make it comfortably drinkable before offering the mug towards the girl.

"Well your Father isn't here and I do not believe coffee will truly result in you using your powers- do you want to try it?"

Her powers, to his knowledge, works only in the even of her fear- at least thus far and unless she feared the coffee he doubted very much she would unleash it unwillingly, more so she merely needed to learn when and how to control it in a more productive manner. The girl was useful, of that he was sure, she merely needed to tame her powers a little. At her following question the men felt his own features frown ever so slightly, for a naive creature she was surprisingly...astute when she chose to be, the clever question and impressive one and yet one the man chose to offer no outward show of emotion towards as he offered his answer in the same cool, neutral tones as always, belaying that ever present apathetic attitude.

"Because we are still part human even if a superior animal side exists within us and were you to live totally as a fox for a number of years you would probably desire to return to your human form. We have the best the both worlds, superior to both human and animal and yet we live as humans because it protects us, to an extent from their....prejudices. In other words you would not believe the amount of humans whom have tried to put a saddle on me, it is easier if they believe we are no more then they."

Perhaps, as a Fox she did not suffer the same affliction or desire of Human and Hunter alike to tame what they believed should be tamed. To be a horse was a more difficult affliction then it truly appeared. The mention of the quiche ingredients sees a curious tilt of the man's head- this dish foreign to him and yet not wholly unappealing as she offered it.

"No, it is fine, I eat eggs."

It is easy enough to fish a fork from within the draw, proceeding to reach for this...vegetable pie creation, breaking into a small portion of it before bringing it to his lips, surprised perhaps at the pleasant taste it held, a nod of approval offered before the man moved to rise from his seat and finish the last of his coffee, gesturing towards the backdoor.

"Yes, I have a newer power I would like to test out and I would like for you to help me, it may also help you a little- and bring that quiche."

Quiche, he has decided is- tasty. As for the use of her powers her apprehension was hardly unnoticed by the ever observant man, his words placed just so encourage her participation, after all, if she believed she was helping him work on his power she was hardly inclined to notice that she may well be working on her own, the less her mind thought directly about it the more likely she was to actually learn without the pressure of believing he desired it from her, no, it is far easier to tell her they are working on his power rather then her own- the man moving to wander into the lar backyard, leaving the door open behind him for the girl to follow.

"Are you ready, Claire?"
