Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

For half a moment the stallion is near given to consider that the lack of male Were in the city might well be given to be something of a benefit- lest his new second take it upon herself to bring home every eligible man within the immediate vicinity. She was naturally flirtatious, bold, willing- qualities he found himself readily enjoying about her, the girl surely intelligent enough to take care of herself by that same token and yet that she might well be bold enough to entertain (even with harmless flirtation) far more male company then he is willing to sustain remains to be seen. She was a curiosity to be sure, the stallion readily intrigued by the nature of the girl before him and yet for now he is content to keep his thoughts to himself, even as she tucks his credit card away in her back pocket and follows him downstairs. He has lived with women entirely long enough to learn that a credit card limit was something of a necessity, that card in particular linked to the funds within his military account and not one he desired to see empty after a particularly vigorous shopping spree.

"What we did earlier was pocket change, if we need a little more fast money we can easily do it again, for now the card should cover you. As for you getting a job, I will introduce you to Alex some time, he is a little dull but he is also a Hunter- try not to irritate him to the point he desires to stab you with something."

The man merely allows his lip to lift ever so slightly, the words very near a challenge all the same. After all, Alexander's patience was near legendary and yet so were his rather explosive outbursts when the moment should strike him, the thought of an interaction between the pair somewhat amusing to the normally stoic hunter. He offers no further information on Alexander however, seeing no need to make Edie aware of the true extent of his relationship with the man- that an interaction the snowy-haired young stallion is notoriously tight-lipped about, even Claire, whom had been with him for an extensive period of time new little, if anything, about his work with the Hunter. Nor did he intend to divulge it any time soon. He moves to ease himself into his favoured chair, Edie content to take the one across from him, the man moving to heat the room with near absentminded ease- her comment resulting in the barest touch of a simper upon his lips.

"I am efficient, if nothing else. The fireplace works though, for the nights I am not around."

He gestures to it loosely as Edie seems to make herself all the more comfortable, the attractive, slender young woman repeating his own word towards him as if tasting it upon his tongue, Frost shifting forward ever so slightly to slip the jacket from his back, already to warm beneath the touch of his own power. He tosses the black jacket easily towards the spare couch, toned, defined shoulders rolling easily as he lays back within the chair once more, eyes rolling slightly beneath his forelock of hair at the girls comment, one hand drumming against the arm of the chair, his free hand toying with the silver-hued medallion about his neck.

"She has two children actually, twins, a boy and a girl, that is common for cats I am told."

Those same cool lyrics pass smoothly towards her, the eternally calm man offering the information with ease and yet for now at least it is hardly critical, he merely provides it simply because he can, the barest of glimpses within her mind affording the man a momentary smile all the same. It was nice, truly, to see someone else appreciate the value of children. They were small now to be sure and yet with Nadya came to infant panthers, children that would only grow larger and more powerful in time. That his Beta was prudent enough to at least ponder that realisation was a truly pleasing thing. For now though, more pressing matters existed, the eternally calm man, unshakable being speaking easily once more.

"Þvert á móti-."

The Icelandic words flow from his tongue with a practised ease, his accent fully noticeable now in those rare moments he offers his native language as it laces each word, the man giving no translation to it though- merely continuing on.

"They are hardly evil, that offers them far too much credit as it implies some form of genius to them. Raven is a pest, Tobias has the intelligence of a bread stick, Tetradore is a questionable leader though he seems to inspire loyalty on some level. Nadya is perhaps the only redeemable one among them- she is merely tainted with the misfortune of being Tetradore's sister. They are, in my opinion, as disorganised at the ship they live within and yet there is something of a rift between our packs."

He shrugs lightly, easily, as if it is no more important than the weather. His tone remaining smooth and cool throughout.

"Some months ago now, a friend of mine, Alexis and I, were within the West- territory owned by the Nightshade pack. We were not within the Ark or the packs immediate borders, we were having a conversation, a slightly heated one I will admit, when we were approached by Raven whom took it upon herself to demand I leave. As I was neither in their immediate territory nor doing anything more than any other Were wandering to or from the Ark that night I refused. I asked Raven to leave, as did Alexis, Raven took it upon herself to attack me. I warned her a final time to leave, she chose to attack me again and, well, I became a little irritated. I give one warning, she chose to ignore that, my Were-form is decidedly powerful and decidedly heavier than her own wolf form and she was rather damaged. Considerate fellow that I am I returned her to Tetradore where he proceeded to attack me without asking why his pack mate was in such a condition to begin with. We had something of a fight before Alexis stopped us."

The man paused, briefly, allowing the girl to take in the tale he offered, the details decidedly vague in some aspect and yet just enough information provided in others to sate the woman's curiosity, the story told from the point of view he wishes it to be heard and no more. The words he had offered after all, were true. Raven had attacked him first after both himself and Alexis had asked her to leave, Tetradore had attacked after that. The story as he chooses to believe it, Ravens version sure to differ.

"I informed Tetradore to teach his pack mates a few manners and yet since that day we have maintained something of a dislike for each other. Nadya and I are.....friends, though her brother dislikes her keeping my company, her talent is wasted in that pack, either way it is at your desecration as to how you approach the matter but understand that entering the west may see you attacked and that it is important Calliel and Claire are kept safe as well. If you should happen to find yourself in the West though and you should happen to be near the Ark and happen to be made aware of any business of that pack- you're free to tell me."

The smile that touches his lips now lingers a moment longer, the implication surely clear enough, Frost pausing now, gaze looking with expectation upon the girl for the questions he was sure would follow.
