South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.
Home of: The Cavalry

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

The lupine knew what she was doing was quite foolish and dangerous. She should not be in a Dark Hunter's home. She should not be in the bed with a Dark Hunter. She should not be lying on top of him and licking his face all so that she could wake him up. All of this was wrong. So absolutely wrong. And yet she was doing this, only because her closet friend was in trouble. Risking her very life. Because surely...surely this particular Dark Hunter would love the excuse to skin her alive. Seeing him stir underneath her was enough to encourage the woman to continue licking his face. The comment that it tickled and that he was imaging Sera was enough to make her pause for a moment, snorting in annoyance. Men. That's all they thought about when they were awake or when they were asleep. Looking down her tail wagged when she saw his eyes slowly beginning to pry open, finally! Feeling his body begin to move she tried taking a step back, trying not to step on him, but it was difficult. As he swung his at her a sharp whine was released as he socked her right in the saw, the lupine falling and tumbling over the bed and onto the floor. Shaking her head to rid herself of the sting she felt, she picked herself up growling softly in annoyance. She would have apologized, but since he wanted to be such an ass about it, she'd play that game. Black lips pulled back slightly so he could get a good glimpse of her sharp teeth that she would gladly place in him, should he continue to irritate her. Gruffly she responded moving herself away from his bed.

"Consider that payback for getting in my bed."

She remembered that day when he came barging into their territory the night after Frost attacked her. He had zero business being in there. It was unnecessary for him to knock out her Alpha and mate. He could have stated why he was there, but he decided to cause them harm. Even though he was there to help her, in her current state of mind the poor girl was terrified. It had barely been 24 hours since she was attacked and to see her Alpha and mate passed out on the floor, the only souls that would keep her safe no longer awake was absolutely terrifying. So, in a way licking his face to death within his own bed and in his domain was a good enough revenge. But now wasn't the time to focus on the past. Serafina was trouble and the only person that cared for her as much as she did, was the man glaring at her. Who clearly didn't listen to her. Of course she knew Serafina wasn't here! If she was, then she wouldn't have had to climb on top of him and lick her tongue in his face. It would seem she caught some attributes of cats, because her tail was lashing out behind her back and forth, a clear sign that she was positively infuriated. Of course she would have actually called the woman, but after what she saw she doubted very seriously the woman would have her phone on her let alone actually be able to pick up and say hello! As he went for his own phone she explained herself swiftly, hoping he would at least understand.

"When I went to her house her living room was all torn up, like there had been a scuffle. Calling her wouldn't have done me any good."

While he made his phone calls and slunk out of bed the lupine began to pace around his room, worried. They needed to get going. She had no idea where to go or how they were going to find her. She could actually feel their bond together, it was agitating and she knew that wherever Serafina was she was in danger. Raven told her not to involve herself in the black market! And as always the witch never listened to her. Was it not her job as a familiar to keep the witch safe? Well, she tried, and failed. Though really this wasn't all her fault. Maybe if they managed to rescue Serafina, then maybe the witch would listen to her next time and then not be in any sort of trouble again! Her dial would turn to Azrael the moment he was off the phone and speaking to her, well, more like at her. His insult of calling her a dog caused her ears to fold back slightly. Weres, of all kinds, didn't like it when others compared them or called them like a domestic animal. Usually Raven was quite a gentle soul her voice quite soft, but now it held a much sharper firm edge to it.

"My bond with her is off. I know there is something wrong! As for her scent I couldn't catch it when I was over there. So, whatever Dark Hunter caught her they somehow hid her scent from me, but I know it was one of your kind."

It was better to go hunting for a Dark Hunter with another Dark Hunter on your side. Azrael was the only one she was on a name base with. Surely if she went to find Serafina on her own or involved her own pack would not be a wise thing to do. It was best to do this alone and with a male she didn't trust nor like. But Raven would do anything she possibly could to help find and save the witch in whatever trouble she was in. As he moved around, too quick to her liking, she quietly followed him out of his house. With a soft whine she took a few tentative steps forward looking left and right down the street, wishing that maybe some sort of golden trial would appear and give her the chance to see where the witch was. Of course that would never happen, but she would at least to have a little luck on her side. In truth she was out of ideas. Blame it on the fact she was concerned and worried for the witch. Turning her dial around she gave the man a dark look, well enough as a dark look as she could.

"If you had been listening you would know that A. there was a scuffle at her house and B. I can't catch her scent. I know you have only been awake for three minutes, but you could at least listen to me and pay attention."

This wasn't a good plan to involve him in this. They never did get along. She was hoping he would be a bit more reasonable with the fact that they were needing to find Serafina. Sadly her dial would lower in a depressive state as her voice returned back to her usual soft voice although this time it was with a somber tone.

"I want Sera safe too."
