South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

her eyes hold the apocalypse

South
She's a natural in disaster
The silence after and before
We're the ones she's chasing after
She's coming back for more

Tamzin wondered why she was so tightly wound sometimes, but it didn't take a genius to figure it out. She had been through hell, she had survived something that very few people did, and it had affected her. She would never admit how much, because part of her was terrified of what she would find. She already knew that she wasn't the same girl she was before; that girl was gone. That girl was taken over by someone who knew how badly life could kick you down. As when she was younger she focused on survival, but the difference was now she only had herself to look after. It's why she was such a perfectionist in every aspect of her life, so the fact she was unable to take care of a mark threw her off.

She was so lost in her thoughts that she almost didn't hear the words that left Sera's lips. Bright blue eyes shifted over her own body as she tried to figure out what exactly had changed over all these years. She had filled out more, become a woman, but that was expected. Tamzin always thought her face looked the same; the only difference was now she wore make-up. Then again, she was doomed to watch as she grew up, so she didn't see the things that others did.

It was then they stopped before a bar, and she looked it over for a few silent seconds. Her hands pulling from her back pockets and crossed over her chest instead as she tried to make sure this place was at least temporarily safe for her. It was just a typical bar, one of the less known ones that were aimed at more regulars than the party crowds at night. These were her favorite kinds of bars, because when someone new came along everyone noticed. A deep breath was drawn in as she followed Sera inside, once again on high alert, ready for anything that came her way.

The most Sera seemed to get was a curious glance, whereas eyes lingered on her longer, because out of everyone she was the stranger. Making quick notice of where everyone was she moved towards the bar, not looking to see if Sera was even following her. Lite frame leaned against the bar top as the bartender moved towards her. Before he could enquire about who she was she issued forth an order, and she hoped he'd take the hint that she wasn't going to talk to him for anything more than a drink order.

"Jack and Coke, as strong as you can make it, and whatever she wants."

Her head jerked in Sera's direction quickly before her eyes once again drifted over her surroundings before landing on her companion once again. Tamzin still wasn't sure exactly what she felt about this whole situation, and she was starting to wonder if she still had a chance to make a quick escape. Though her mind screamed at her to take the chance, another part of her pressed for her to stay and see what else this night might hold. Maybe she'll get drunk enough to ignore the shock and then she'd be able to complete her job. That meant it would be a bit of a messier kill, but she would leave that thought elsewhere unless the opportunity reared its ugly head.

Once their drinks were in hand Tamzin moved towards an empty booth in a back corner. It was private enough for them to talk without any of the other bar-goers to overhear. This wasn't a reunion she wanted anyone else to experience with her, because she knew what the end of it held. Death for the one person she cared for more than anyone in her entire life, but that couldn't matter anymore. A long gulp of her drink was taken; she would need it before she actually spoke. With another deep breath she wrapped one hand around the glass, and the other rest fisted atop the table.

"What happened to you?"
