Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

It had taken a lot of time for the young woman to feel a bit of comfort and ease within the Ark and the West district. Sure it took a few shouting matches with Tobias to try and explain why she didn't want to step over the threshold and into the hallway, but eventually she got through it - literally. Frost did not just damage her physically. It may not have been his goal, but mentally she was impaired. Those that had offered her aide in one way or another did it all to heal her body, but nobody had even begun to attempt to touch her frame of mind. It was far above the ability for Tobias to understand. Nadya was hardly around to begin and she doubted Nadya would even try to help. Whether Tetradore did it on purpose or not, he had kept away from her and it actually helped her not feel any pressure to try and fall back to her normal self. It was a mental dilemma each day to believe that she would be safe within the Ark and no one would be capable of coming in to harm her or their pack. Each day she suffered feeling her own fears begin to overwhelm her and rip apart what little she had left of her self-confidence. Pushing herself to finding a routine she would develop a sense of safety as she began to work her life in a clockwork fashion.

Early in the morning she would prepare herself for the day and slip into the kitchen to create a warm breakfast for Tobias and Tetradore. Once they finished devouring their meals and went off to do as they pleased she would clean the kitchen and walk over to the wheelhouse and pull out a book and read for a while. She would return to the kitchen at noon and make a quick lunch for the jungle cats or munch on whatever Tetradore made and follow him to his room/office and work on whatever needed to be done in mutual silence. When it was all done she would go back to the kitchen, prepare dinner, and then follow Tobias to one of the rings to help her get back to fighting again. She had yet to actually participate in one of the fights with other opponents, but she was sure one day she would be asked in front of everyone and to help keep Tobias reputation she would have to oblige. Sometimes during the night she and Tobias would be out in the West roaming around the borders, ensuring things were still intact, sometimes she would watch a fight he was in, or she would put herself in their room and read a book until he slunk into bed beside her. Only then could she close her eyes and sleep knowing she was safe. It became the mundane way for her to live, but it at least got her out and being active rather than remaining the broken recluse.

At this time during her day she was finishing up some paper work for Tetradore when she suddenly felt the tug in the back of her mind as she was being called from the raven-haired witch. Brows would furrow for a moment puzzled as to why she would even call for her in the first place. The last time she had seen the woman she had trespassed into her own room and made out with a creature that was made to kill them. She did feel a slight twinge of concern for the woman, because she had not felt her call for her in such a long time. Stacking her papers up she placed them inside the folder and stood away from the desk, as she would always do when she was done with her half, and wordlessly she left him to finish up his own. It displeased her greatly that she would have to leave the safety of the West, but she knew it was her job to heed what the witch would say, and so with a quick shift she ran down the dock on all fours heading towards the home where the witch resided. Eventually she would make it the familiar looking door shifting back to her human form as she turned the knob and stepped inside to find the entire place looking as if a burglar had come in. Puzzled she walked around until she found the witch standing in the kitchen with an assortment of open books and outdated...contents in different bowls or cauldrons. Unsure with what Serafina was trying to do she spoke softly at the doorway folding her arms in front of her, in a comfortable manner, as she titled her head to the side like any dog would at their master when they were curious about something.

"You haven't called in a while...is there something I can do for you?"
