Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellingtonget close enough to have fun
but not enough to get attached

Oh how Sebastian had yearned for just this, to simply feel the fae King against his physique, to feel his head nestled against the vampire's chest. This was exactly the sort of daydreams that had so fluttered across the Englishman's mind of late, waking up to those bright silver eyes and that warm, flawless skin rather then the screaming child that had so haunted his waking hours. Dorian had a way of making the entirety of the rest of the world melt away. The vampire would have, in truth, been content but to waste but hours purely within the company of his companion, even if it was but settled in his embrace. Those words so softly let the vampire's lips, shredding some truth to the fact of how greatly he had missed his companion and within that moment, the man nuzzled his face into the nape of Dorian's neck, pulling away only at the sound of the man's voice as he spoke words which, quite frankly, Sebastian found altogether incredulous. The vampire's crystalline gaze searched briefly the features of his companion before Dorian himself leaned further into Sebastian's form, his lips brushing against the all too sensetive skin of the vampire's own neck. A soft breath left his lips and in turn too Dorian seemed all too aware of the reaction he was so capable of coaxing so entirely easily.

His head shook ever so slightly at the sensation of Dorian's breath altogether hot against his all too cold skin. "You are...though I don't mind. I want you desperately as it is." He muttered softly, a look of noteable affection filling his pale blue irises as he glanced down at the man against him. His own fingertips reached under Dorian's chin, pulling the fae's gaze upwards even as the car begun to slow to a haunt. "Dorian?" He uttered softly, leaning down slightly with the clear intent to press his own lips against those of his lover's. He paused, however, but inches from contact only to offer his own efforts at reassuring the man of that which he seemed to so....despise. "I could never forget you, no matter how many endless years span before us. You are entirely unforgettable." The words were but a whisper before his gaze fluttered close, his lips sweetly brushing against those of his companion in a gesture that bordered more upon lovingly then any true sexual interest. It was, perhaps, the theme of their evening. Whilst his own body yearned for so much more, his heart too needed the man beside him in ways that Sebastian had never wanted anyone before.

Thankfully, the vampire was spared any further thoughts of those feelings and wants that so tugged at him thanks entirely to the building that loomed ahead of them. The door of the vehicle was opened, hardly allowing him the time to so bask further within the presence of his lover's, at least not within those intimate dark spaces that only seemed to decrease his already diminishing self control. The vampire stepped out of the car behind his companion, catching the fae's words that this was not what he had anticipated the Aquarium to be. Despite how...disappointed those words sounded, the vampire hardly spoke a word beyond that knowing simper that so danced across his pale features. It was true, this was perhaps not where Dorian might have anticipated to end their evening and yet, Sebastian was altogether certain that the King's mind was, perhaps, incapable of truly anticipating the sheer magnitude of what he intended to bestow upon his lover. Sebastian hardly lingered long outside of the building, instead once again taking the hand of his companion as he led him into that entirely inconspicuous lobby - a dimmed space that surely only furthered his efforts at building up what he was assured would be a sight entirely worth all of this intrigue.

The vampire paused within that entirely unnoteworthy space several feet from the front desk, his body suddenly turning towards his companion only to demand the fae close his eyes for what was to come next. That nearly mischievous simper remained steadfast upon his features as the Englishman watched the astonishment such a simple request managed to coax from the King. He suspected such a request was not one Dorian often received - but then again, Sebastian so eternally strove to create those cherished first's for his companion, even if they were but insignificant moments as this. "Thank you." Sebastian uttered softly as Dorian conceded, albeit with a dubious sound within his voice, and without further hesitation the vampire began to lead his lover with slow, careful steps down the darkened hallway and into the heart of the underwater exhibit itself. His own gaze easily adjusted to that pale blue light that shone from the large tanks as the vampire quickly observed the space he found himself within. His eyes darted immediately back towards his companion at Dorian's inquiry and slowly, the vampire shook his head. "No, not yet. Soon though, I promise." He offered as a way to reassure the fae that his antics, as inquisitive as they were, had almost come to an end.

He led his companion towards the wall in the back of the room, ignoring all the other exhibits if only for the intent to introduce the man to that which even Sebastian found utterly breathtaking. The wall was made entirely of glass, showing the sealife beyond. The wall dwarfed even Sebastian himself, managing to make even the vampire feel entirely....astounded by the beauty that swam on the other side. He slowly released his companion's hand, his fingers trailing across Dorian's figure as he stepped behind the fae, proving that simple knowledge of where he was in relation to the man. His hand settled upon Dorian's hip, his voice but a whisper in Dorian's ear as he uttered softly, "Now, you may look." Before them, in the depths of that bright blue tank, fish of all sizes and colors swam in colors and schools. Sting rags flew with their prolonged fins and sharks even larger than either man dominated in that glorious tank.
