Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Carefully, his fingers reached up to delicately place that cold rag upon the man's head, fully hoping that it might help to bring down that fever that so seemed to wrack his roommate's frame. A small frown crossed his lip and yet Sterling was entirely unprepared for the way in which Henry's body so suddenly seemed to nearly....seize. "Shit." The curse immediately left his lips as his hands reached out for his companion, trying to roll the man onto his side in what little he innately knew was required in the case of a seizure....and yet....this quickly expelled into something more then that. He was entirely unprepared for the screams that were pulled from Henry's lips, leaving the boy entirely unsure of what to do. "Fuck, fuck, fuck....just....just stay here, I'll call the ER okay?!" It was futile really, his efforts to talk his companion through whatever this was to just hold on a little longer. He left his companion's side, rushing back to the kitchen where he left his phone. He grabbed the cellular device, quickly punching in his password to unlock it only for a thud to bring his azure eyes back to his companion.

His phone slipped from his hands as he stared open mouthed at his companion on the floor, the cell phone clattering on the floor with a loud thud. One hand slowly moved over his mouth as he watched in silence as ebony fur began to replace the man's silken flesh. He knew what this was - at least to an extent. Henry had been bitten. He was changing. He was turning into one of them. Sterling had tried so hard to ensure Henry stayed safe from the supernatural world he'd been thrusted into. He'd tried to warn Henry of the dangers that stalked the night and yet, it was all for nothing. "Oh Henry." He uttered softly as Henry's bright blue eyes turned towards him.

He could see that beseeching within the man's gaze and yet...there was nothing he could do. There was no going back from this. He couldn't undo this. He couldn't make this better. Slowly, he stepped towards his companion, one hand tentatively reached out towards the man in an effort to still reassure his companion that everything would be okay, maybe. Sterling had never actually met a were-creature in real life and, to be blunt he had no idea what to expect. Would Henry know who he was after he finished...well, whatever it was he was going to change to? Should Sterling fear for his life? And yet, somehow, despite the uncertainty, Sterling fully trusted his companion and so, softly, the man reached out to brush his hand against Henry's furred cheek. "It's going to be okay, it's almost over." He whispered softly, his eyes still entirely wide as they trailed over his companion's body.
